Procedures & Requirements
Admission is entirely at the discretion of the School Administration, which reserves the right to accept or refuse any child without explanation.

In Golden Daffodil Lyceum children may be admitted into our classes at any point during the academic year, however, we are unable to offer admission for JHS 3 students

Application forms may be picked up from The Golden Daffodil Lyceum campus at Adum-Kwanwoma, Kumasi and completed by the parents. The entrants should pass an interview/entrance exam conducted by the school.

Admission is from the age of 6 months.  To qualify for admission to Grade one, entrants must be able to speak English to a standard sufficient enough to enable them to be taught in English.

The Head requires a Health Record to accompany a child on the first admission.

School Fees are determined from time to time by the School Management Committee and should be paid promptly. Parents who fail to pay their children’s fees by the end of any term will be asked to withdraw their children.

On the average, our classes have 18 students, however the maximum class size is 25.

At the Kindergarten the teacher-student ratio is kept as low as possible to ensure they receive the necessary attention and good care.

Note: Admission to all Grades for the 2023/24 Academic Year is ongoing.
